Dallas , Texas ( June
25, 2003 ) BMH announced today
an agreement with Symmetry Software, a leading supplier of
tax calculation software and tax libraries. The agreement
provides for Symmetry to notify BMH of changes in federal,
state, and local payroll tax rates. Included in the notifications
are direct references to the statutory documents that contain
the changes.
Timely notification of tax changes affecting payroll will
free BMH analysts from the chore and expense of tax research,
enabling more focus on the HRIS application. This will result
in more efficient use of the development staff and will reduce
the time-to-market of new product offerings and enhancements.
The payroll module of the OPEN4 HRIS supports all federal,
state income, disability and unemployment taxation as well
as withholding for cities and municipalities.
