OPEN4 Users Conference

- BMH is pleased to announce the dates and location for our second annual conference: April 18 - 20, 2007 at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel Addison.
With a hugely successful first conference, we know we have to meet that bar and shoot higher, and we’ll do our level best to succeed! Our theme this year will be Focus on Discovery - we hope to learn as much as we can from you, the attendees, so we can better understand how you use Open4 and what your organization’s needs are. At the same time, we’ll provide a forum that will help our clients make better use of Open4 to make their jobs easier.
We will welcome you to Dallas with the Wednesday night cocktail hour on April 18th. This will be a nice way to get reacquainted with your BMH partners as well as other Open4 users in a casual and relaxed environment. We officially kick off the conference Thursday morning with another great Keynote Speaker, then on to the breakout sessions. This year we are offering three tracks, Payroll, HR, and Professional education. Thursday evening will once again give us an opportunity to have a great time at our celebration dinner party. Friday will complete our event with the “State of the Product” presentation by Ed Harrison and continuation of our three tracks of break out sessions for your continuing education.
New this year will be client sign-up sheets for conference appointments with BMH applications analysts. This will give the individual user the opportunity to get some one-on-one consultation or help with questions. Other BMH staffers will also be available throughout the conference to assist our attendees.
Also new will be the addition of a third workshop track, so clients have their choice of three educational sessions to attend during Thursday’s and Friday’s workshop breakouts.
We haven’t picked a venue for our Thursday night event, but we hope to provide a party as fun as the one held this year! And as we did this year, we’ll have buses to and from the event, so you can go ahead and let your hair down and leave the driving to us.

HOTEL INFORMATION
We will be holding the conference at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas/Addison right down the street from our offices. The Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas/Addison is an award winning, newly renovated hotel in the prestigious North Dallas Business District. It is walking distance to Addison Restaurant Row with over 200 restaurants and entertainment venues. The hotel is 17 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and 10 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport. The Dallas Galleria mall is also nearby.
The hotel’s 429 rooms are equipped with speaker phones, leather ergonomic chairs, brand new plush carpet, granite countertops and curved shower rods. The Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage program with its pillow top beds and sleep amenities assures you of a great night’s rest. The newly renovated Atrium Bar with its hardwood floors, luxurious sofas, granite tabletops, fireplaces and multiple plasma TVs is great way to unwind. For your dining needs, try McArthur's Restaurant with its eclectic cuisine prepared by Chef Soto.
The hotel offers a complimentary local area shuttle within a 3 mile radius.
HOTEL REGISTRATION
We have obtained a block of rooms at a special rate of $112/per night, single or double occupancy. These rates are subject to current applicable state and local occupancy tax of 13%. You will make your hotel reservations directly to the hotel.
Call the hotel reservation department at 972-980-8877 during regular business hours, or the 24 hour line at 800-377-9778. To receive the special $112 contract rate, be sure an identify your group as BMH or indicate you are there for the Open4 conference. Specify either king room or double when making the reservation.
All reservations should be made by March 15, 2007. After this date, the hotel will release the remainder of our room block, and reservations after that date will be honored on a space and rate available basis (don’t expect the $112 rate).
You can guaranteed for late arrival to and individual’s credit card or by advance deposit. Any cancellation should be made before 4:00 p.m. on the arrival date to avoid loss of the deposit. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. The hotel will store your baggage until your actual departure from the hotel.
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is located 17 miles from DFW and 10 miles from Love Field. Super Shuttle, taxi and limousine services are available from both airports.
Super Shuttle is offering a discount coupon for all conference attendees.
We will send more detailed information about transportation options later to all registered attendees.

Your conference registration fee covers two breakfasts, two lunches, the opening reception and the Thursday night dinner & party. A buffet breakfast will be served beginning one hour prior to the Thursday and Friday opening sessions.
Conference attendees also receive a CD of the presentations given at the conference. For registration, please complete the attached form and return to us with your payment.
