any interface necessary to other systems
- Ability to interpret and implement company policy
and procedures as they apply to payroll and human resources
- Decision making authority regarding OPEN4 security
- Screen editor discussion would benefit from some exposure
to programming

Overview
Enables the user to set parameters on system, company, division,
branch, and department levels of OPEN4 to ensure proper functionality of
HR and Payroll modules. User will also receive instruction on how to set
security, as well as modify tables, menus, screens, and processing lists.
